I need to send out newsletters from my website. Is this possible?

Yes. I can integrate a newsletter or email marketing campaign on your website if requested.

You should however note that while WordPress can send out newsletters for you using the email server provided by your hosting, this is not recommended as you may easily reach your email limits should you have many subscribers in your mailing list. Also there’s the likelihood of your newsletters ending up in the spam folders.

Instead, it’s recommended you use an email marketing or transactional email service that will reliably send out bulk/mass emails for you without putting a strain on your hosting resources. Some of these services will also provide you with tools for designing email templates, managing subscribers, setting auto-responders, analytics and tracking for your campaigns.

Examples of newsletter / email marketing services include:

  • Mailchimp
  • Tinyletter
  • MailPoet
  • MailerLite
  • Jackmail
  • Sendinblue
  • Sendy
  • Aweber
  • Jetpack Subscriptions

Examples of transactional email services include:

  • Sendgrid
  • Mailgun
  • Advertisements
  • Mandrill

Some of the above services are completely free while others provide limited free plans or trials which you can use as you grow your list to numbers which justify upgrading to a premium plan.
